DUCKS
Dream: 28 May, 1986

A boy is closing the big iron gate. I place potted plants on each side of the
doorway. There is a sign on my body that is flickering. There is a little duck
holding a root with two leaves in its mouth. I put it into my papa's little
pond. One sticks its bill out of the water from the bottom of the pond. The
water is so clear. Everyone is asleep. I got up to paint too early. It doesn't open
until 6:06. A woman gives me the key. I use it to open the main gate. This
key is rectangular. It has a round head on top. I stick it through a square cave
hole and use it to hook a bottle inside. I'm pulling the bottle out and a round
wire hoop comes flying out, which means that the lock has been unlocked. A
women at the mouth of the cave helps me open the lock. I run out from the
long corridor. A snake comes racing out. It twists and coils and winds its way
behind in pursuit. I run past. I don't allow it to chase them. There is a silvery
black flower on the floor. Its image soaks in the water, beneath the black
shadow.

一个男子在关大铁门，我把几盆花都摆在门边，我身上有一块牌子在闪光，有一对小
鸭子嘴里咬一根两片叶子，我把它放入爸爸的小池塘中，一个在水底嘴巴冒出水面，
池塘的水清极了，人群都在睡觉，我去画画起得太早了，六点六分才开始，一个女人
把钥匙给我，我拿它去开门，这钥匙是一个长方形，上有一个圆头，我用它在一个方
洞口上往里勾住瓶子，瓶子向外拉，飞过来一个圆铁丝，说明开了锁，洞口里有个妇
女帮我开锁，我从长廊里跑出来，跑出来一条蛇，它盘他们后面追，我跑过去，不让
它追他们，地上有银黑色的花，它的图形都泡在水中，在黑影底下。
